The Moroccan flavours and tangy sauce complement each other beautifully in this delicious veggie pattie.

A sweet and hearty orange soup!
My mother is not a fan of sweet breakfasts (i.e. pancakes, french toast, etc.) She loves her omelettes and frittatas. So for Mother’s Day, I made her just that.
Quesadillas are great when you aren’t sure what to make for dinner because you can usually find random ingredients in your fridge to stuff them with and they always turn out delicious.
Slow cookers are GREAT for cooking meat. This lamb always turns out so tender and tasty, infused with all the flavours of the veggies and seasonings. We should really use our Crock Pot more often…
I’ve never baked with oat flour but this loaf turned out AMAZING. I’ve made it every weeekend for the past 3 weeks for a weekday snack. So moist and satisfying. Yum 🙂
